We are a small family run business with a long-established reputation for quality work and personal service. You will meet ‘the team’ and will always deal with the same small group of people throughout the duration of your project. We do not use any sub-contractors except for gas/electrical work where we may be required to do so by law.
Unique final product
Kitchen installation time 2-4 days. We set all kitchens up in the workshop before we go out to fit so that we know it is all in full working order. If you need to have your dishwasher up and running before we leave on the first day, or the oven wired in, it will be! When we have finished, all you will have to do is fill your cupboards up!
To buy a kitchen, bathroom or other product we offer favourable payment terms. Generally 30-50% deposit, once we have received the deposit the job is booked in and an estimated completion date can then be given. Stage payments will be requested as the job progresses with the final payment (usually around 15-20% of the total cost) due on completion.
The dates we give for delivery/installation are genuine! There are always going to be times when things don’t quite go to plan for whatever reason (in which case you will be made aware of any delays as soon as we know about them), but generally when we give you a date, we honour it. Likewise with our quotations.
Unless something is changed or added your final invoice will be exactly as per the original quotation. If you change your mind about the handles and the new ones cost a little more, we will tell of the difference in price, if you decide that you need an extra drawer we will let you know of any additional cost involved. We don’t want to give you any nasty shocks!
